Breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM. The board meeting will begin promptly at 9:00AM.

Transportation from the airport will be made available by members of the Eighth District.  Hotel shuttle is available for $12.00.

For those traveling by car, there is ample overnight parking at the Ausburger Ramp at the corner of Pearl and Huron, kitty corner from the hotel. ($12.00)

The Hyatt completed a $15 million dollar renovation in April 2009. The room rate is $112.00.  Currently guestroom taxes total 13.75%. Reservations must be made individually by calling 1-800-233-1234 and requesting Federated Garden Clubs of NYS rate. Single, double, triple or quadruple occupancy is available at this rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM .Early check-in may be available, but not guaranteed.

Breakfast includes juice, fresh bakeries, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage,
breakfast potatoes, roasted tomato and asparagus, Starbucks coffee or Tazo
Tea selection.  ($16.50)  Checks should be made payable to FGCNYS, Inc.and sent to Mary Ruminski (address on Reservation Form).

Fiddler on the Roof

starring Chaim (pronounced Heim) Topol will be on stage
at the magnificent Shea’s Theater. 

It will be performed for us on Wednesday evening, November 18, 2009.  We
have set aside forty lower orchestra tickets at $53.00 per person.  This night
on the town is in conjunction with our Winter Board Meeting to be held Thursday,
November 19, 2009.

You may make your reservation by sending ticket reservation form and a check for $53.00 per person made out to FGCNYS, Inc.  to Maryann Jumper.
