Sodus Point Garden Club Home Goals Beautify Sodus Point, History Sodus Point Garden Club was founded in November 1997 by an energetic group of women who lived in Sodus Point and wanted to beautify this picturesque Village located on Great Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. The founding mothers of the Sodus Point Garden Club with help from the Village crews constructed many beautiful gardens throughout the Village. These gardens have flourished over the years due to the care and maintenance of the Club and more gardens have been added to further enhance the beauty of the tiny Village. Baskets and pots also now line the main street in summer and visitors are constantly amazed at the lush gardens and flowers that are cared for by our club of 40 members.
