We would like to invite you to join the Manatee River Garden Club.  When you join, you will automatically become a member of Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. (FFGC) and the National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC).  As a member of FFGC; you will receive the member publication, The Florida Gardener.

The Manatee River Garden Club is a diversified club with women and men of all ages.  There are many interesting functions whether your interests are in gardening or designing.  Novices, experienced gardeners and floral designers are welcome to become members.   If you are new to Florida, the club is a great way to learn about our native plants, and tropical plants/ flowers.  We are also organizing a youth garden group, so we encourage all young families to join and help us keep the young folks with their hands in the dirt.

We offer many activities to participate in for all our members.  This includes field trips to botanical gardens, parks and nurseries, floral design classes, workshops, lectures, home and garden tours and juried flower shows.   Join us and bring your new ideas for programs.

The Manatee River Garden Club works to beautify the community and support many local civic organizations and programs.

Membership dues for the year are only $25 for a single membership or $42 for couples.

We welcome all to join.  Come and make new friends, learn and enjoy gardening/ floral designing even more than you do now.

Sincerely, Lori Richie, (membership chairperson)
