Navarre Projects & Goals
Navarre Garden Club Projects and Goals OUR ENDURING GOALS The Navarre Garden Club is organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. It strives to: Educate members and the general public regarding home and community gardening, floral design, horticulture, and landscape design through workshops, seminars, field trips and other formal and informal classes. - Research and disseminate information to educate members and the public on the protection of plant, bird and butterfly life native to the Northwest Florida region.
- Develop and educate members and the public in natural resource conservation and environmentally friendly horticultural practices classes.
- Educate students in area schools about the interdependence and environmental importance of area plant, bird and butterfly life, and assist deserving students in horticultural fields of endeavor through educational scholarships.
- The Club provides financial support, alone and through the FFGC, for youth environmental education, college scholarships, and the efforts of other community charitable organizations that promote goals consistent with the Club’s

Expanding Our Horizons
The Garden Center Planning Committee will plan various programs to raise funds for the construction of a Garden Center facility in Navarre.
