2008 Flower Show
"With This Ring"

It takes a lot of people to put on a flower show.......but look at those smiling faces. Our fearless leader, Karen G.eyes the room, planning placements. Take a look at the wedding dress Karen and her mother (who made the dress) are standing by. We were honored to have members bring their wedding dresses, invitations, photos, etc. And...take a look at those cookies - Cindy B., our State Fair cooking winner, made the flower cookies. They were good too.

SCGC's flower show "With This Ring", with "ring"master Karen G. went off without a "hitch". Those of us who worked on the show as well as the attendees thoroughly enjoyed the talent offered. "Bride" mannequins, (in member's dresses), beautiful horticulture, arrangements to "catch and hold" anyone's eyes as we strolled from one to another with a musical background.
