The South Central Region is made up of 4 states.  They include Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.  

• The clubs in this region are federated belonging to National Garden Clubs, Inc.
• States alternate hosting a convention each spring
• Reports of state presidents and SCR chairmen are presented
